March: Spring has Sprung
Spring has sprung… but if you’ve been outside lately, you know the weather has been doing whatever it wants. One day it’s giving spring, the next it’s back to winter. I saw someone say it feels like the weather is on shuffle, and I couldn’t agree more. I’m ready for the warm days to stick around for good.
As always, I’ve been out and about trying a few spots around town. I checked out the new Paris Baguette in Annapolis, made the cutest “sweet as honey” terrarium at Take Root in Frederick (very on brand for me 🐝), and stopped by the grand opening of Lucky Lane Interiors in Ellicott City.
Next on my list: catching the cherry blossoms while they’re in bloom.
On the real estate side, I closed on my Glen Burnie listing—which is always the best feeling. Huge shoutout to Audra at R5 Hauling and Junk Removal for helping make that happen. (Truly a lifesaver during the process.)
I also made some moves this month. After two years, I decided to switch brokerages. It feels like a fresh start, and I’m really excited for what’s ahead. I’ll definitely be sharing more soon.
Here’s to staying in the know, exploring more local gems, and feeling connected to where you live (or where you’re headed next).

MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER REALTOR
This isn’t just a newsletter, it’s our little corner of the community. I love being in the know about what’s happening around town and sharing the things worth knowing so you always feel connected to where you live or where you’re headed next.
Real estate is part of what I do, but building real relationships and community is what I care about most. I pride myself on being plugged in, honest, and always in your corner, whether you’re actively making moves or just love staying in the loop.
You’re not just on my email list. You’re part of my people, and I don’t take that lightly. I can’t wait to catch up with you again next month.
